At Sanger Dental, our utmost priority is to provide exceptional care to our patients while ensuring affordability. To maintain this commitment, we kindly request that the estimated patient portion (after insurance) be paid at the time of service, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We understand the importance of transparent and efficient financial practices, and our dedicated team is available to discuss any concerns or inquiries you may have regarding payment options. Your satisfaction and comfort are our primary goals, and we strive to make your dental experience as smooth as possible, both clinically and financially.

We offer multiple convenient payment options for our patients, including:

  • Checks
  • Credit Cards (We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa)

 

In addition, we provide flexible low or no interest payment plans through CareCredit or LendingPoint to accommodate your financial needs. It's important to note that regardless of your insurance coverage, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office. Our team is here to assist you in understanding your insurance benefits and will file claims on your behalf with your authorization. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility.

If you have any questions regarding our installment policy, we offer a convenient option where installments can be made with no less than $100 and within a timeframe of no more than 3 months. We are committed to working with you to find a payment solution that suits your individual circumstances.

We believe in transparent communication and will provide a detailed breakdown of all charges and fees before any treatment is initiated, ensuring clarity and peace of mind regarding your financial obligations.

Appointment Policy

 

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. To do so, please call or text us at (559) 875-5538 or email us at frontdesk@sangedentalgroup.com. This allows us the opportunity to reschedule your appointment and offer the original time slot to another patient.

In the event of a missed appointment that has not been canceled at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to charge a fee of $50.00. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us optimize our scheduling and provide timely care to all our patients. Your adherence to scheduled appointments ensures that we can serve you better.
